The housings can be made of painted sheet steel or stainless steel. They are typically mounted to the ceiling with threaded rods, but can also be mounted to a wall bracket, support, or base frame. The clean room can be enclosed by rigid cladding (Plexiglas, Makrolon), sliding panels or a louvre curtain made of PVC/PE. Depending on the requirements and spatial conditions, the air can be drawn in from below (RK), from the side (MVF/RK) or from above (FFM). The product protection hoods are equipped with pre-filters and H14 HEPA filters. The differential pressure of the filters and the flow are permanently monitored. Optional equipment includes UV disinfection lamps with timers, sockets, data sockets, media connections (gas, water, vacuum, nitrogen) and ionization systems. Additional options are available on request.
