The targeted laminar air flow ensures that the inserted material is surrounded by HEPA-filtered clean air. The downflow ensures that airborne particles or gases are directed into the extraction system. The flushing time and the subsequent recovery time can be set individually. 

Program sequence, pressure monitoring and locking of the airlock are regulated by the integrated control system. It can be operated either via push-button or display. Emergency open buttons stop the program and unlock the doors. The WIBOclean material airlocks can be equipped with roller shutters, lifting gates or door elements with viewing windows to the gray and clean room. The material airlocks have a hygienic design and are easy to clean.
