The walk-in open safety workstation protects employees and the room during work such as filling and transferring, weighing, loading and unloading, and the sanding, spraying, and painting of workpieces as well as when enclosing machines. Released product dusts or gases are reliably captured with the help of targeted air flows from ejector nozzles and fed into the extraction system. The WIBOjekt free workstation has a robust retention capacity based on ISO 14175-3.

Description

The WIBOjekt systems protect employees and rooms from pollutant vapors and dusts that can be released during the work process. In conjunction with stabilizers, the specially shaped and perfectly arranged ejector nozzles ensure a reliable clean air curtain that specifically shields the working zone from the environment.

The WIBOjekt free workstation is suitable as a walk-in workstation for working with different or multiple emission sources. Additional lifting devices, workbenches, and point extraction systems can be integrated into the work area. The WIBOjekt open workstation can optionally be equipped with HEPA exhaust air filters in the rear panel. Filter cartridges with rotating nozzles for self-cleaning can be used for applications with high dust generation. The WIBOjekt open workstation can be designed to be both ATEX- and GMP-compliant.
